1. Court Master (Shorthand)

  • Law degree from a recognized university.
  • Proficiency in English Shorthand with a speed of 120 words per minute.
  • Knowledge of computer operations with a typing speed of 40 words per minute.
  • Minimum 5 years of regular service as Private Secretary/Senior PA/PA/Senior Stenographer in government or public sector organizations.

2. Senior Personal Assistant

  • Degree from a recognized university.
  • English Shorthand speed of 110 words per minute.
  • Computer proficiency with a typing speed of 40 words per minute.

3. Personal Assistant

  • Degree from a recognized university.
  • English Shorthand speed of 100 words per minute.
  • Computer proficiency with a typing speed of 40 words per minute.

Age Limits

  • Court Master (Shorthand): 30 to 45 years
  • Senior Personal Assistant and Personal Assistant: 18 to 30 years

Age relaxations are applicable as per government norms for reserved categories, including SC/ST, OBC, PwD, Ex-Servicemen, and Dependents of Freedom Fighters.

Candidates will undergo the following stages of examination:

  1. Interview
